An ASR On-Site Event

Using the software application Replenishment+ ® to perform the “heavy lifting” in terms of computational analysis, a small team of Actively Synchronized Replenishment (ASR) experts examines a company’s Bill of Materials and Routing records stored within an ERP software system and identifies the Strategic Inventory locations where a dynamic buffer stock will have the most impac, and the nature and scale of benefits that will result from maintaining a dynamic buffer at that location.

Strategic Inventory Positioning is the first, and the pivotal element in an ASR Actively Synchronized Replenishment implementation.

The duration of the analysis is dependent on the company specifics.
